We are delighted to announce CSD have been appointed on behalf of Borough Engineering to provide the detailed MEP Design from Stage 4 through to Stage 6 for the exclusive St Johns Wood Square, Riding School Leisure Complex in the heart of St Johns Wood, London.

The Riding School is being carefully restored and repurposed as part of a 5.5-acre luxury residential development, it will become a private wellness center, swimming pool, spa, and social space for residents, with completion of the wider scheme expected between 2026 and 2028.
