We are delighted to announce CSD have been appointed on behalf of JD Geerings to provide the detailed MEP Design from Stage 4 through to Stage 6 for Regents House, Dorking.

Clarion Housing Group will construct 126 new homes on the brownfield site.

The Regent House development marks a contribution to local housing efforts, with the newly approved development positioned to fulfil 16% of the council’s yearly housing objectives.

The plan also includes approximately 500m² of commercial space, anticipated to bolster local commerce and employment opportunities.

All residences within the redevelopment will be available at affordable rent.

Environmental considerations are integral to the site’s design, with a 67% cut in carbon dioxide emissions projected and no fossil-fuel usage.

Air-source heat pumps will be installed across all units.
