We are delighted to announce CSD have been appointed on behalf of Wates Residential to sit client side providing mechanical, electrical & public health services for the exciting Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub Development in Brighton.

The Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub project is an ambitious regeneration scheme, delivering 200 new council homes and a multi-use Community Hub for the area.

Services and facilities that could be located within the Hub include a GP surgery, Moulsecoomb Library, Youth Centre, Adult Learning, and a Community Café.

This will be delivered from our Southern Office, headed up by our Regional Director Chris White.
