Pin Yard is a £34m residential development which is part of the Holbeck Urban Village in the south bank area of Leeds.
The 12 storey build to rent scheme delivers 216 high spec apartments comprising a mix of studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments for property developer Oakapple Group and the UK’s largest listed private landlord Grainger plc.
CSD provided a full Stage 4 design and coordination for the office and residential accommodation based upon the client teams vision to achieve modern living accommodation including a contemporary residents lounge, gym and basement car park.
