Scope:
CSD Ltd (Commercial Services Design Ltd) has been commissioned to carry out the full Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health for the new Priority Schools Project, East Batch, which forms part of the £2.4b Priority Schools Programme.
The project consists of the design and build of 6 No Schools:
CSD Ltd scope is to not only provide a detailed design but also to provide up front designs and specifications from ITT to SBM Submission stage through to financial close to the EFA on behalf of Wates Construction Ltd.
The level of integrated design includes but not limited to low surface temperature heating, heat recovery to teaching spaces, cooling systems to IT Suites, general ventilation, BMS, domestic hot & cold water systems, acoustic lighting system, small power, security system, and data.
