Mustard Wharf is a new boutique build-to-rent residential scheme of 247 luxury apartments over 3 separate buildings within the South Bank regeneration area in Leeds.
The scheme includes some exceptional amenities for residents including a clubhouse, private dining, gym and roof gardens and the finish is high quality and contemporary.
CSD collaborated with SES to utilise its in-house manufacturing facility, Prism to prefabricate utility cupboard for each apartment and modularise corridor services for speedier installation throughout the blocks. This bespoke offsite capability not only guaranteed quality, but it also ensured just in time deliveries to site, as well as minimising the development’s carbon impact by significantly reducing site waste.
