Scope:
The MEP Design consisted of a LPHW Heating System via CHP, boilers, pumps and a mixture of underfloor heating and warm air. Separate air handling units were installed for the Swimming Pool, Reception and Dry Changing area, Tone Zone and Multi-function Room. Domestic Services were via a storage tank, booster set and packaged plate heat exchanger with buffer vessel. Comfort cooling is provided to the tone zone, multifunction room and Managers Office.
Along with Electrical Site Infrastructure works, Cable Management, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Small Power, Public Address, Television Systems, CCTV, Security, External Lighting, and full BMS.
