Scope:

CSD were originally appointed to provide BSRIA Stage planning duties and a Stage 3 MEP tender pack along with on-going technical support associated with the “CAT A” fitout to the 512,000 sq. ft warehouse on behalf of Caddick Developments Limited.

Following the successful completion of the “CAT A” works CSD are to be appointed to provide a detailed Stage 4 MEP Fit Out Design on behalf of the end user, Amazon.
