Scope:
CSD were originally appointed to provide BSRIA Stage planning duties and a Stage 3 MEP tender pack along with on-going technical support associated with the “CAT A” fitout to the 1,370,622 sq. ft warehouse on behalf of Caddick Developments Limited
Following the successful completion of the “CAT A” works CSD were subsequently appointed to provide a detailed Stage 4 MEP Fit Out Design for Rotary Engineering Group on behalf of the end user TJ Maxx Europe, which included but not limited to a three-storey office accommodation, non-merchandise store, battery charging unit, recycling units, external site works including hard standings, car parking, landscaping and drainage etc.
