The building has a BREEAM Outstanding rating, which includes modular full heat recovery air conditioning on a floor plate basis, LED Lighting along with a range of renewable energy sources, including the first use of a ZERO CARBON SYNGAS CHP [Combined Heat & Power] Unit of which will generate the total hot water demand and provide electricity to the building through the use of advanced gasification.
