CSD were appointment to provide the detailed Stage 4 to 6 MEP Design on behalf of Wates Construction Ltd on which delivered a 245,000 sq. ft. “Grade A” office space.
Our vast experience in designing very high quality “Grade A” commercial buildings within the heart of Leeds was a major factor in the successful competition of 7& 8 Wellington Place, Leeds.
11 & 12 Wellington Place will bring a further 2,500 more people to the area, bringing the projected total working population of Wellington Place to 12,500 people. As a ‘Net Zero Carbon’ building (as defined by the World Green Building Council) it will set the benchmark for future-proofed, sustainable development – not just in the region, but nationally.
The buildings’ significant position on Whitehall Road offers a prime city-centre location, easy access to the Leeds retail quarter and convenient transport links across the country via road and rail.
