CSD Ltd (Commercial Services Design Ltd) where commissioned to carry out the full Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health design for the new Arnold Hill Academy | Nottingham
Arnold Hill Academy wanted to create a new high tech teaching facility to meet modern teaching standards within a comfortable environment.
Our scope was to provide a detailed design on behalf of Wates Buildings Services [Part of the Wates Construction Group] including low surface temperature heating, heat recovery to teaching spaces, cooling systems to IT Suites, general ventilation, BMS, domestic hot & cold water systems, acoustic lighting system, small power, security system, photo voltaic and high capacity data system.
Our design significantly contributed to the BREEAM “Excellent” rating.
