We are delighted to announce CSD have been appointed on behalf of BAM Construction to provide the detailed MEP Design from Stage 2 through to Stage 6 for the redevelopment of St Mary’s School, Menston.

This comprises construction of a new teaching building and separate sports block, located on the northern part of the existing school grounds. A replacement All Weather Pitch is provided following demolition of the existing buildings.

As well as state-of-the-art teaching accommodation, the new facilities include a dedicated Sixth Form area, Chapel, Assembly Hall and separate Dining Hall.

The buildings are designed to be Net Zero Carbon in Operation, incorporating measures such as Ground Source Heat Pumps, Photovoltaic Panels and a Green Roof.

Subject to planning approval, building work is due to begin in Autumn 2025 with the new building completed early 2027, and overall completion by the end of 2027.
