We are delighted to announce CSD have been appointed on behalf of JRL Group to provide the detailed mechanical, electrical & public health design from Stage 4 through to Stage 6 for the prestigious  88 Royal Mint Street, London (Phase 2).

88 Royal Mint Street is located within London E1. Offering one of the most distinguished addresses for development in central London, the site is in close proximity to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, a globally recognised UNESCO World Heritage site .

 

This unique development is over 320,000 sq. ft and comprises a 463 Aparthotel and 79 high-end residential apartments. The site was originally used as a railway freight goods yard depot and was principally vacant for many decades.

 

The scheme, currently under construction, is a development over the low-level Docklands Light Railway spur which runs to Bank Station. Significant site groundworks have already been completed and the railway line running directly under the site has been encapsulated with a reinforced concrete structure .
